Inquire for weekday one or two floor rental availability. We require minimum six-hour block venue reservations. The starting rate for our first floor is $1200.

We offer three stories of charming event space with iconic views, essential furnishings, and flexible vendor policies.
All venue rentals include onsite venue manager and set up of venue owned furnishings.
We do not have all-inclusive packages, provide linens, or stock decor.

And then there are things you just need to know ahead of time...
Full building rentals include 12 hours of venue access, plus one additional hour for event breakdown and clean up. Two floor rentals include eight hours of venue access, including all event setup, breakdown and clean up. Single floor rentals include six total hours of venue access. Please inquire about additional hours. All events must conclude by 11:00 pm and complete clean up by midnight.
50% of the total venue rental fee and a $500 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before your event. If dates occurring sooner than 90 days are booked or when individual floors are reserved, 100% of venue rental fees are due at booking. Security deposits must be paid using a credit card.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Processing fees apply to card transactions.
We require all customers to purchase a general event liability insurance policy that includes liquor liability coverage. This is an easy, affordable (~$100) way to help protect event holders from potential claims due to injury to guests and/or damage to the venue. Feel free to use eWed or EventHelper for resources already familiar with our venue and insurance requirements.
